A proven cashless payment rail for vending in Namibia

VendBot has taken a live card payment on Namibia’s own payment rail, through our local payments partner — the part of going cross-border that can’t just be assumed to work. With that partner in place, we onboard Namibian clients locally and pay out in Namibia.

Our partner in Namibia

Our partner handles the Namibian side

Our partner is a Namibian payments company listed on the Bank of Namibia’s National Payment System Participants list. They handle merchant onboarding and payouts in-country, so a Namibian machine is paid out in Namibia rather than worked around the border. We supply the terminal and the portal; our partner supplies the local payment rail.

What we do in Namibia

  • Take live card payments on Namibia’s own payment rail, through our local partner.
  • Run the same VendBot P5L terminal and portal we use in South Africa, configured for Namibia’s channel.
  • Onboard clients locally and pay out in Namibia, through our partner.
  • Support you remotely — WhatsApp, phone and guides.

Buying for another African country?

We export vending machines from South Africa to buyers in Namibia and other African countries. You buy and own the machine; we supply it, the P5L cashless terminal and the setup knowledge, and support you remotely.

Machine models, specs and export logistics are on the Namibia export page. See the Namibia export page on innovativevendingsolutions.co.za →
